• Extensive knowledge in business structuring and international tax planning.
• Specialist in arbitration processes and accounting litigation.

• Current Executive Officer of DECOMTEC – Department of Competitiveness and Technology at FIESP – São Paulo (unpaid “pro bono” activity), promoting tax discussions to increase the competitiveness of Brazilian companies.
• Member of audit and ethics committees in large Brazilian companies.

• Graduated in Accounting from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP.
